OH MY FUCKING GOD PEOPLE ARE FUCKING STUPID!!!!!!!

...ahem. People annoy me. Yes, one person has got me all riled up here. Let's do a quick recap... I'm on an anime artist ML, where everyone uploads their work for crits, etc. It's all good. So new person (let's call them A) comes, uploads picture. Me think is cute. Meanwhile, other person on list (who we will call B) posts message - "This person copied my style! Does anyone else think so?" So I look at B's work, and I look at A's work. I don't see anything alike. I say so, on-list. B asked my opinion, I give my opinion, in a few paragraphs, explaining why I don't think that B should be worried. B replies, off-list, saying that she's terribly offended. Why did I have to write such a long post, all pointing fingers at her, and saying that she had no right to say anything? My reaction being... WHAT THE HELL?!? Are we talking about the same thing? Oh, sorry, my mistake, I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to disagree with you. (Other person replied to B, agreeing with B, in a few paragraphs, and B says "oh thank you, I feel better")

So B's all like, "I worked hard, I even copyrighted this style, blah blah blah..." Basically, it's an anime/hiphop style. Yes, that same one that twenty billion other artists have. Granted, B does have a distinctive style within that genre. But one major thing that B failed to notice was the fact that A's picture wasn't even in that style! A's picture was basically a semi-SD style, kind of like I use.

BLAH.

This reminds me kind of the Byakko list incident... Which makes me wish to swear repeatedly as well. I equate it with the idea that, oh my god, I draw shoujo-ish, I must be copying Naoko Takeuchi! And oh my god! I used markers to colour a picture! I must be copying Lin-a!

Whee, went Xmas shopping at Upper Canada, but can't write what I got 'cos I bought some things for people who read this XD But I bought myself Delerium CD, Karma, with Silence and Euphoria on it, and more kickass songs, wheeeeee~

Writing Keiichi background story, thanks to Ruby for idea ^^ Watched/read Joy Luck Club too many times, that helped me out a bit ^^; He so kyute~! *huggles Keiichi-chama*

Did the critique for my latest art today (for those who don't know, it's tribute to WTC victims, all politics and all aside; all b&w, rubble at bottom, black bg w/ white names written across, smoke coming up from rubble, wings glued on in the centre), I think people liked it, I'm really happy with how it turned out... But the first girl to go today had a homage to Afghan victims, and she was one of those with the whole opinion that we shouldn't care about the WTC because so many people in other countries get killed and all that... So it was kinda weird... I'm not gonna get ranty or anything here, I already wrote about it, prolly in Sept archive if anyone cares.

Yeah, so I don't really write so much anymore... I laaazyyyy! WAH!

Blah, so mum was being kinda mean about Anime North, like she doesn't want me to use my credit card to get a hotel room, plus it's too much money when I'm going to university next year. But it's like, what I came up with was that I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I get good grades in school, I don't spend lots of money on clothes/shoes/makeup/etc... Anime is like my fun thing. So yeah... Poop that reminds me I gotta get to work on my costume. Transit has exact-on Selphie boots!!! But they like $80 T_T And I wanna make a human Luna costume too, so then I'd have two.

Dropped Calculus YAYYYYYY! Ehehe, as Sra said, I've joined the dark side... But calculus is the devil, so yeah o_o

God I hope FFX comes out for PC, or else I'll cry... Already drooling over XBox games (preeeetty DOA3) plus PS2. Yeeeeg. Want Game Boy Advance n Harvest Moon n Pokemon Crystal (IGGLYBUFF! PICHU! XD) for Xmas, that's more in my price range :P

But it turned out really really kickass XD I know Buffy n Xander n Giles n Willow were actually singing... I think it was Spike 'cos he's really from California anyway, so it'd be hard to sing with an accent ^^ It may have been Tara, and mebbe Anya, but Dawn didn't sound right at all x_x Tara n Gile's duo bit almost made me cry T_T I be sad when they leave... But Willow did baaad thing with that spell.

Hallowe'en was fun XDDD Me n Kti (as Ami) n Laney (as Miaka in the day and random mage at night) n Erika (KenKen!) all went out and were quite psychotic XDDD "TRICKERTREATNANONDAAAAA!" and/or "de gozaru yo"... And singing Vash's death song XD And yelling out random words in Japanese, ehehe, yeah, and that was before we even had any candy. XD

Went to TO on Saturday. Art Gallery of Ontario, yeeegh! Nice old painterings and all, but the modern section was BLAH. Someone drew a circle on the wall in pencil. That was art. ....grugh. Not to mention some doodles that looked like what I could draw like ten years ago! What, me bitter? Ahahah... right.

Finally got my Wolfwood too *huggles* But his cross is impossible to wrap x_x Not to mention the instructions are in Japanese... Went to Kiki Wai XDDD and got the Trigun art book n the First Donuts n the first volume of Kodomo no Odocha, boy is that one messed up. "I'm in elementary school and have a pimp" being the title of the first ep... Ehehe, Sana-chan's raps are cute tho XD Dunno if I wanna see more, it's not really that exciting, tho. Got the 2nd Donuts from Fata, then obsessively listening to/crying over track 3... *crycry* It's not faiiiiiiiiir *crycry*

I've been attempting to "weigh the lines" when inking pictures now... It looks kinda better, but they I look at other people's art and crycry some more. Siiiiiighh...
